
I've been a 200 Hours Certified Yoga Teacher since 2014 and Welcome all types of Students, from Beginners to Advanced. I practice Holistic Wellbeing and care much about Plant Based food, have been a practicing Buddhist since 2003, focusing on Courage, Wisdom, Compassion and Creativity.
