After dancing for many years I found my body badly injured. That is how my Yoga journey began, It helped my recovery and gave me a better understanding of my body, showing me how to work with it in a healthier way. It literally changed my life!

As a teacher, this is the way I like to approach my students, understanding we all have different needs and bodies and trying to find most nourishing practice for each person, psychically, mentally and spiritually speaking.
