I help career women from corporate background to overcome digestive disorders and chronic fatigue due to work and family pressure with Ayurveda Yoga.
Apart from that I also help middle age women, who are experiencing hormonal transformation due to menopause to let go of the past commitments and transition into their own physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.
And last, but not least, i help women, who work at the computer desk in the office to release body stiffness, neck and shoulder pain with simple techniques they can do right at their work while no one is watching.
With Ayurveda Yoga Therapy tools and techniques I design personalised one-on-one programs to suit individual client's needs. I work holistically and intuitively, giving a lot of attention to my client's unique constitution and working on the physical, mental and spiritual levels to achieve the best results.
I have learned and mastered the knowledge and wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda in India, and have been blessed to learn from the best teachers. Ayurveda and Yoga Therapy healed me, and gave me the desire and authority to help heal others too.
Aside from Ayurveda Yoga Therapy programs and Vata Pitta Kapha Ayurveda Yoga I also offer one-on-one traditional Hatha For Complete Beginners, Yin Yoga For Emotional Stability and Mental Peace, Mindfulness Meditation and Breath Work, Yoga Nidra For Insomnia and Life Coaching To Create The Life You Truely Desire.
