She then received her 200 hour certificate in 2017 with HereNowYoga (Becca Impello and Kim Drye) in Birmingham, Alabama—an Alignment-based training. She then received a 500 hour certificate in December 2018 and her certification in Yoga Therapy in October of 2019, both with Etowah Valley Yoga (Sue Hopkins) in Cartersville, Georgia. She received her 100 hour Prenatal certification in December of 2019 with Abbey Brewer at Etowah Valley Yoga. She is currently an assistant teacher with HereNowYoga’s 200 hour teacher training program.
Her passion for teaching is in the therapeutic and healing world of yoga. She strives to make her classes truly accessible to anyone that walks into the studio. She works with clients dealing with pelvic health concerns as well as those suffering from Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, and other forms of chronic pain, and offers classes and props to assist students that struggle with getting up-and-down from the ground. Her desire is to help each individual find peace with themselves and their bodies.
