I am passionate about sharing the practice of yoga with others. My background has been teaching general hatha vinyasa classes, beginners and more specific classes for individuals who may be experiencing anxiety and stress.
I have been teaching for the past year across a number of studios in Sydney, Australia as well as overseas. I have a background in Social Work and Counselling which is the reason I became a yoga teacher in order to use body based practices to support health and healing.
I am a trauma informed yoga teacher and am able to modify and adjust classes based on specific needs. This could be slowing down the practice, using props and providing some information on how different experiences can impact physical and mental health.
Classes can be adjusted for individuals who may have physical limitations.
