I was first introduced to yoga as a complement to my dance training at University. Initially, I used yoga to nourish and restore my body after sustaining many physical injuries. Invigorated by the effects, I completed my 200-hour teacher training in 2017 and have been teaching all levels of vinyasa, hatha, and restorative yoga since. Inspired by the needs and requests of my students, I aim to create classes free of physical discomfort or emotional judgment. To learn more about the anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology of the human body, I completed my second degree in Physical Therapy. Now, as an orthopedic and pelvic health Doctor of Physical Therapy, I regularly integrate yoga with evidence-based practice to create a holistic environment for patients to heal. When I am not in the clinic or teaching yoga, I love to travel, practice yoga on the beach, and eat all types of vegetarian food. I recently moved to Israel from the US and I'm excited to meet inspirational students and teachers from around the world.
