I came to Pilates after suffering from a herniated disc over 10 years ago. I toyed with classical and the not so classical approach to Pilates for years - from right back to the basics of the fundamentals of Pilates to a more cardio/yoga inspired type of class. When I moved to Toronto in the Summer of 2016 I hit the studios hard & started practising 5/6 times a week sometimes twice a day because I loved the studio and style of teaching so much. My friend asked me if I had thought about doing my training... fast forward to three year and completing my STOTT Pilates teacher training in Brighton!

I really am a firm believe in that Pilates is for everyone and anyone - it can teach you so much about your mind, body and soul! I like to think the spiritual side of movement isn't just saved for yoga. Come to my class for an hour of movement, fun and work! I love adding small equipment such as resistance bands, power loops and blocks in to classes. Variety is important so no two classes will be the same - unless you want it to be.

My style is very much rooted in classical Pilates with hints of yoga, barre and cardio. You will leave the class feeling lengthened, strengthened and connected to your body. I look forward to working with you!
