I have always been a fitness enthusiast and I believe that practice makes progress! I am a Certified 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga teacher, Crossfit practitioner, and previous Wushu athlete. I also enjoy HIIT workouts, hiking, or simply laying on the couch and watching movies on rest days. I believe that finding balance in different aspects of life is important that’s why I want to share an awareness of the mind and body to other people.
