Yoga is different for everyone. Some people like their practice to be more intense; challenging their strength, balance, and more. While others prefer to have a more gentle introspective, therapeutic practice. For me, I love it all. Challenging myself on days I feel a need for the fire, while on others, I take it slow, really focusing within. As an instructor, I want to give you the tools to find the practice that is right for you. I want to give you a strong foundation for alignment, while also letting you tune in and find the more subtle ethereal aspects of a pose. My goal is to create an environment where you feel safe to explore your perceived limitations and push through them at your own pace.
