Restorative Yoga

Our bodies need rest. Not the zone out on the couch type of rest. The tune in and let your body know it is safe to relax type of rest. In this class we will set the conditions for your body to restore, shut off the stress response and turn on the healing systems of the body. Using props(blankets and pillows), guided Imagery, and breath work, we will restore, reboot, and recharge. Give yourself a gift:a path to greater wellness. No experience necessary.
