Absolute Beginners Yoga Class

Build & develop your yoga practice as we move through the most common yoga poses step by step with the emphasis on correct alignment.

Learn to use the breath to calm the body and mind and ultimately moving fluidly with breath.

This class will allow you to gain confidence, strength & flexibility to be able to practice Yoga at home or in any Yoga setting.

All levels can join this class, but the focus is on those brand new to Yoga
