This fitness-based Yoga practice will help you form your body with a combination of different flows and fitness workouts. To reward your body, the last part consists of stretching and relaxation to concentrate on more mindfulness.

Whether you are new to Yoga or you have done Yoga before, I adapt to your needs and help to attain your goal. Different asanas (yoga postures), flows and pranayamas (breathing exercises) will help you to attain more awareness, mindfulness and well-being of body and mind as well as more strength and flexibility – on and off the mat.
