Gentle Yoga

During this 1:1 session, we can work on specific areas that are bothering you or new ideas for troublesome spots. Areas to think about might be shoulders and neck; low back; or hips and knees. We can also just do a general, all over gentle yoga session for all major joints and muscles. Times may be limited based on other responsibilities.
