The monthly program includes 2 sessions per week plus access to material: recorded short classes, trainings, breathing exercises, relaxation practises, etc and material to read.
It is a complete program to increase vitality, manage stress and improve focus. It promotes increase in productivity and high performance in life.
Some of the tools I use are: meditation, respiratory techniques, stress management, strength and flexibility. Our ultimate goal is to develop a high-performance living.
