This 1 hour-long class is focussed on releasing & relieving anxiety and stress. This class works on gently releasing these feelings & sensations from the places in the body where we subconsciously store them and allow for a mental & emotional break from stress and anxiety also.
This allows us to 'refill our cup' so we can be better-equipped to manage life's challenges.
This is great to do online from the privacy of your own space so that you can feel like you can really let go and allow the practice to work its magic.
As this is a private 1:1 class, I will tailor it to your level of comfort. I provide variations on each pose in order for you and your body to find its place.

Props: a rolled-up towel or blanket. 2 blocks or thick books if you have them.
