This class will focus on bringing attention, mobility & hydration to your hips and shoulders.
Sitting for extended periods and hunching over a keyboard can lead to stiffness/blockages in the hips and shoulders and affects our posture. Walking or running on asphalt really affects our hips as well.
In this class we will work gently with these key joints to bring nourishment to them and also bring mental and emotional benefits of calm and steadiness.
As this is a private 1:1 class, I will tailor it to your level of comfort. I provide variations on each pose in order for you and your body to find its place.

Props: a rolled-up towel or blanket. 2 blocks or thick books if you have them.
