Power & Stretch

Power & Stretch is a mix of power yoga and more yin-style yoga. For the first 35 mins, we do our strength training, aka lots of Chaturangas, core work, and other strong poses. Then the last 25 minutes are dedicated to a different type of challenge. The challenge of slowing down, being still, allowing ourselves time to rest in yin-style postures.
This class is directed at those who already have a regular yoga practice and are comfortable with modifying if needed.
