Mindful Yin, is a Yin class that has a theme each time. We use mindfulness techniques, story, and meditation to allow ourselves to explore and go deeper into our hearts. Yin, itself is a style of yoga where we hold postures for a sustained period usually 3-5 minutes. These poses tend to be more passive poses staying low to the mat. If you've never done a Yin class before, I suggest giving it a go. It's a new kind of experience.
