I teach Integrated Yoga. This is a holistic blend of various styles of yoga, including (but not limited to) Hatha, Kundalini, Vinyasa, Power, and Flow. This type of Yoga allows me, as the teacher, to identify the needs of the student and their body, including its limits. In response, I design different sequences optimal for his/her practice. In my classes you'll work through various postural sequences, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques.
