Here's what I'll be covering in the workshop:

  • How to do Three different Styles of Sun Sals

  • How to do Sun Salutations with out excess wrist, shoulder and joint pain.

  • How to find flow in your Sun Salutations.

  • Why Sun Salutations are transformational.

  • Tips to do stronger and different variations of Sun Salutations.

By the end of the workshop you also would have done 108 Salutations and know how to do your own 108 sun sals whenever you need to.

This workshop is going to be awesome, packed full of practice, movement and theory.

So, please remember to bring your mat, a note pad and clear your space and time for at least 108 minutes. (Don't worry, we will remind you about this again).

We will send you the zoom link before the event, and more information on how you can prepare with videos guiding you through the styles and modifications of the flows.
