My name is Lana. I am a Pilates instructor from Paris.

Pilates has so many benefits, especially for women:

-Pilates is great for your core (or, in Pilates speak, your "powerhouse" - it will make you feel stronger in everything you do.

-Pilates strengthens your pelvic floor muscles, which can make childbirth easier

-Pilates improves flexibility. When young women (without any prior Pilates experience) performed 20 Pilates sessions, their flexibility improved by 19.1%!
