Tabata is a variant of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) which consists of four minutes of 20 second intervals of hard training followed by 10 seconds of rest repeated 8 times. We incorporate Pilates exercises and getting stretch at the end. Ideal for calories burn and lots of fun.
