Personalised Hatha Yoga class - 90 minute of a complete yoga immersion, including a:

  • centering meditation
  • holistic warm-up
  • dedicated asanas specific to your needs and requests
  • soothing shavasana (resting pose)

How to prepare for a class?

  • have your own mat, 2 yoga blocks and a strap
  • do not eat for at least 1 hour before the class
  • switch off your phone
  • wear comfortable clothes
