Custom "Vin & Yin" Yoga Class - One hour - All levels

In this one hour Vin & Yin class, you will be given a sequence that is physically challenging while also giving you the space to turn inward. The first half of the class will be a flowing sequence (Vinyasa) while the second half of the class will focus on relaxing into and being in poses for longer (Yin). Sequences are custom made based on your fitness preferences, flow level and any injuries / disabilities.

* A short meditation can also be included at the end upon request.
