Tailored for the student, this level 2 Vinyasa Flow class will be creatively designed to link poses with the flow of the breath. Possible music will be offered and mild yoga philosophy. Vinyasa is a practice of effort and ease as we move at a steady pace building heat, endurance, and strength. Level 2 means some yoga experience is recommended.
