Heart Opening Flow (Backbends)

Practicing yoga means being compassionate, caring and kind, reaching out to others with a loving heart and expecting nothing in return.

In this class we will prepare for heart opening shapes by focusing on massaging the inner and outer hip joints, stretching the side waist and creating space across the front body.
