Hatha Yoga for Beginners

We are going to develop awareness in the movements during the Yoga Practice. Understand and learn the Sun Salutations, mixing them with other postures to gently but efficiently open your body.

We first start with a meditation, then the body workout to reach a peak in the practice and finally the very loved Savasana, a final meditation to prepare yourself for the rest of your day!

We will work with your body capacity, so you can get in tune with your movement and breathing.
