I am passionate about sharing the practice of yoga with others. My background has been teaching general hatha vinyasa classes, beginners and more specific classes for individuals who may be experiencing anxiety and stress. I am a trauma informed yoga teacher and am able to modify and adjust classes based on specific needs. This could be slowing down the practice, using props and providing some information on how different experiences can impact our physical and mental health.
Classes can be adjusted for individuals who may have physical limitations.
