Vinyasa - coordinating movement with breath

Beginning with a focus on breath which is the foundation of our yoga practice, we will then begin to coordinate movement with breath and beautiful sounds according to your practice . Incorporating warming sun salutations, lateral flow , standing / arm balances ( if you like ) then gentle guided relaxation into savasana :-)
