About Your Instructor:

Emily is a wanderlust soul, creative personality, and an eclectic person that loves to travel, teach wine yoga, and live life to the fullest. She had knee surgery several years ago, was overweight, depressed, and in a downward spiral of negativity. Once Emily discovered yoga, her body started to heal, her attitude changed, and now it's her passion to share yoga with as many people as possible. The benefits of yoga are amazing, and everyone, including beginners, should have the opportunity to discover this beautiful practice.
