Sivananda class (1.5 hour)

Standard open level Sivananda class. The class incorporates pranayama, meditation, and rest while using strategically designed asanas to stimulate and balance the body through physical exercise and chakra focus. It begins with some warmup asanas followed by an ordered series of asanas intended to target each chakra.
