Gentle Yoga + Meditation

Namaste, in this class we going to start with a gentle yoga, so we can move our body to release any tension before doing our breathing exercise followed by the meditation. The meditation will be accordingly to your state of mind in the moment, so in the beginning of the class we are going to talk a little bit of how are you feeling.
