Depending on your level and focus we will work through the primary series of Ashtanga Yoga (breaking down vinyasa and poses when needed) going at the students own pace.

Focusing on cultivating a deep and steady breath to gather strength and heat.

Any injuries or modifications will be discussed and considered :)
