While I think the internet is a great tool for learning yoga, it is my firm belief that online yoga videos alone can be a dangerous way for absolute beginners to become introduced to the practice.
Beginners must have the knowledge and experience of what healthy alignment feels like before it is safe to continue flowing through online videos. It is also crucial to be introduced to basic vocabulary and concepts to truly sustain the benefits of this practice.
