With sequences tailored to address your needs - challenging you and allowing you to push your boundaries and grow, we'll build a flow that's comfortable for you at your pace. In these Vinyasa based classes - you'll practice breathing techniques where you focus primarily on linking your breath to your movement
Through live one -one sessions, I am able to pay close attention to your individual body positioning and anatomical alignment to give the most intuitive adjustments.
Online yoga can help those who have a busy life schedule. The online practice is flexible and allows the student to workout on their own time, pace and convenience, from the comfort of their home. With available access anywhere, these sessions can help people stay in shape while traveling!
To allow me to design your personal yoga class, we will have a complimentary consultation via video or email, depending on your preference. I have put together a questionnaire that will allow me to learn about who you are, what you would like to receive from engaging in the practice of yoga, and to inform me on any injuries we may be working through.
