My Hatha Classes offer an opportunity to you with the following:

-This class helps align the spine so recommended for people with back pain.
*Also recommended for people people with desk jobs, house holders, people who drive lots, or are sitted long time during the day.
Yoga is an excellent workout for everybody plus it give you the opportunity to connect with yourself , do some self care, and finish with more energy than when you started.
I can add some breathing exercises at the beggining ( for clarity and purification of the mind) if requested!
