Kind Flow Yoga

Namaste Yogis and Yoginis,

Welcome to this yoga course. For me yoga is about connecting breath with movement, thus all of our practice will be focused on conscious breathing, strength movement and alignment.

Morning classes are great for a strong Ashtanga Vinyasa, Power Flow, and Hatha yoga, while Afternoon classes are usually great for Tantra yoga, restorative, yin styles. By any means this is not static rule, and it will be up to you which mode of yoga you are ready to endure.

The important factor of successful and fullfilling practice is empty belly. So try not to consume any food or drink a couple of hours before or after the practice. This takes away the energy of the body for the practice of yoga, and spends it on digestion, therefore, breathing gets challenging, and muscles seem to exhaust quicker.

Our practice will always start with a brief meditation, grounding and centering.
