Normally meditations methods goes straight to the "meditative state" were you are intended to be fully relax and concentrated. The nature of the mind is other. We first need a previous preparation moment, were you can let-off your mind of thoughts and emotions that we hold from the daily life. Thats why in our Dinamic meditation experience we will guide you through in a 3 parts method. An initial active stage so your mind and body can counsiously release all the stress and tension. After this process you are ready to enter into a real meditative state to be fully present. The third stage is fully relaxation so your body can assimillate what you have gone through.
