Traditional Hatha Yoga Class

We'll follow a hatha yoga class in a traditional way. The objective is to feel relaxed in our mind and body. To reach that, we'll have some chanting to open and close the class, some breathing exercices, postures and relaxation. Each session has the same structure, we just change some postures. And of course we chat to adjust your will. Om Shanti
