Strong and free power Vinyasa / Yin Flow

I’m offering a dynamic 60 minute class to challenge yourself at any level! My goal is to have you feeling great after your hour spent with me.

You can choose from two styles of classes depending on your needs.

Vinyasa flow: If you are seeking to build strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind. This class can be adjusted to any level, beginner to advanced.

Yin: In this busy, faced paced world we all could do with some relaxation and this class will not only free your mind, it will also do your body a world of good! Yin focuses on the slow, patient, opening of the fascial layer of the body. The fascia is the connective tissue that underlies the skin, wraps the muscles, and holds the bones together. It is the conduit for the meridians of the body through which energy flows. It’s the best thing I’ve ever discovered!
