Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow

During this practice we will focus on creating stamina agility and patterns during our practice that will be guided by your own breath as you flow into each posture. There will be times of stillness and holding a posture to truly feel the developing body in the practice. We will end our practice with a yin-like flow to allow flexibility and release tension as we squeeze the toxins out and release all that no longer serves us.
