This gentle class is perfect for those just trying yoga, with weight loss goals, seniors or those with injury or disability. Together we will build a class that works for you, whether it be seated in a chair, on the floor, standing, or a combination. Intensity of the class can be easily defined by you, and no matter what we'll have fun and you'll feel great after!
