I did this class and it was great! Very relaxing techniques. And, while some of these breathing exercises are actually a little difficult, this instructor is very good in taking you through the process slowly, and giving tips for future practice. If you need some help calming down, or you want to get better at controlling your breathe and your mind, I strongly recommend!
