Hi, I'm Nicki, a friendly, open Irish yogi offering 121 or small group classes 2-3 people. I am Ashtanga trained with a focus on Iyengar alignment techniques and classes can be strong or gentle depending on your needs.

Classes always balance working on the physical body, releasing stored up tension, calming the mind and using the breath to remain present :)
