Beginner Yoga

New to yoga!? Awesome. As it may seem overwhelming - it doesn't have to be. Through grounding postures we will begin to explore how we both can strengthen our bodies and our minds. We'll begin by simply sitting down together in a comfortable position and practice deepening our breath. Our breath moves our poses, never the other way around.
