Yoga for Grief

Grieving can quickly become a debilitating process that has the potential to trigger evolved levels of anxiety and depression over time. If you have experienced any kind of loss in your life (and there are many, many kinds), register for this gentle session where you will begin tapping back into the physical body to allow energies to move once again. This is a deeply intimate practice for me, having my own experiences of loss that triggered mental states ranging from manageable stress to severe lows.

The practices we will explore together through movement and theories have proven effective for my personal healing, and also that of peers and students.
