Had a great session with Maya!

She is very professional, notices everything and gives exactly the right pointers, explains and demonstrates everything, adapting to any limitations or pains we discussed in advance, all in good spirits and a fun, easy-going vibe.

The session was well suited to my level (lazy bum who hasn't worked out in ages), and Maya made sure I wasn't cutting myself any slack, while still not putting too much strain on my body.

Can't wait for another session, highly recommended!
