Find your calm yoga (Restorative)

Do you find it difficult to find some calm in your busy life? This class is designed to help you relax into your yoga practice, and find some clear space for your mind. You will hold poses for at least five minutes (do not worry none of them will be that intense) and focus on bringing your mind into a more meditative state, with my guidance.
