Relaxing Yoga (all levels)

Restore Body, Mind and Spirit after a busy day.

Restorative yoga is a slow, meditative and deeply relaxing practice where we will use props to support the body to stretch gently. Poses are held from 3 to 7 minutes.

We'll use home made props so make sure you have 2 pillows, a blanket and a towel ready for this class.

Ideal for beginners, busy minds, athletes, injured students.
