This class is a of mindful self-love and empowerment, which includes combination of yoga, meditation and mindful somatic movement. I tailor each class for your individual needs--which can change on a daily basis.

Once booked I will ask you what you want to be working on, what your concerns are-physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually- and how I can best serve you. With my 15 years of experience in mind-body medicine, and somatic, restorative movement, I aim to help you embrace your feels, focus your thoughts and attention, and become more alive and aware of your own subtle energy, power, and grace.
